1:1 In-Personal Personal Training – Training Blocks
Training is offered through Training Blocks — prepaid blocks of one-to-one or partner training sessions.
The more sessions committed to in advance, the lower the per-session rate.
1:2 Personal Training (Train with a Partner) – Training Blocks

Online Coaching
Includes:
Personalised training programme (gym-based or home-based)
Ongoing programme updates and progression
Support and check-ins to maintain consistency and accountability
Online coaching can be discussed as part of the free consultation.
Notes
To support consistency and effective progress, Training Blocks have the following expiry periods:
- 5 & 10 sessions: 3 months
- 15 sessions: 4 months
- 20 sessions: 5 months
- All Training Blocks are paid in advance
- Sessions are booked by appointment
- Standard cancellation policy applies
- Training Blocks are non-refundable once started
